Description - Arsenale Loft apartment, perfectly renewed, is located in Castello area, the less known part of Venice but probably the most fascinating. The apartment, very brightly, is located on the ground floor of an elegant palace.
Arsenale Loft is splitted into 2 levels in a modern style but at the same time you can find some typical venetian details, such as the beautiful ceiling’s exposed beams.
On the ground floor there is a small entrance where you can enter into the kitchen completely equipped with owen, fridge with freezer, toaster, boiler and washing machine. In this room there’s also the sofa bed.
On the same floor there is a bedroom with double bed and TV and an elegant bathroom with a large shower and heated towel rail.
On the upper floor there is a delightful open plan attic with wood floor, with a double bed, a separated second double bedroom and another bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, heater and air conditioning.
Location - The apartment ARSENALE LOFT is situated just a few steps away from Piazza San Marco, right at the heart of the most romantic city of the world. It is located in the sestiere di Castello in one of the most genuine and bustling areas of the city, near Campo della Bragora, just a 2 minute’s walk from the Arsenale and the seat of the Biennale d’Arte di Venezia (Venice Biennal).
For those coming from the airport, the closest boat stop is the “Arsenale” while “Celestia” is the closest for those coming from the station or the car parks.
